This Privacy Policy describes how Guilherme Santiago de Oliveira ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PureFocus mobile application ("App") and the website purefocus.tech ("Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service".

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Profile preferences: your focus preferences and settings within the App

When you use the Service, certain information is collected automatically:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android), language settings

1.3 Payment Information

If you subscribe to PureFocus Premium or make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number or payment details. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Create and manage your account
• Process subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Send important notices (e.g., changes to our terms or policies)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App experience
• Display personalized advertisements (free tier)
• Detect and prevent fraud or technical issues

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

4. Advertising

The free version of PureFocus displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (IDFA/GAID) and usage data to provide personalized advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

Premium subscribers do not see advertisements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: with third-party services listed above, solely to operate the Service
• Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Safety: to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure storage practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
